I've hiked totally nude, I mean not wearing anything, for several miles going into Deep Creek in California where there are hot springs down there. I've gone on a few outings there, it's very enjoyable. I just go when there is someone else to go along with there.

I'm more open to being nude anywhere others are whether or not any of them are as well. It is really about acceptance of ourselves and each other as our natural selves. Such would be like-minded. But it would not be around someone who assertively objects.

I used to be traveling in Europe. That was a time when I was younger. I didn't know about the places for going nude, then. It would have been great. I can't really go traveling so far now, though. I have done nude modeling, for a little time, in an art class.

Nudism involves respecting our natural selves and respecting others as they naturally are. I really believe there could be places where any clothing worn there is not used for any sense of modesty. I imagine it has been like that before, and it would be in future times, and not everyone wears clothes. There are cultures without using clothes. People just being nude, especially with the sanction of cities where they are, really should not be seen as a threat, it would not be realistic.

Many Americans are against nudity of anyone being seen publicly or socially among others. But it isn't hopeless. I see some evidence of change from when I was very young, and open-minded about it then, to the more recent generations, with choices online being involved. Sure sexual expression is general to that, but this is further than previous generations went. The greatest issue now is the general belief that there is harm from any nudity for children. But still I am sure there is change with time, always, and with being open in discussion with others who know us about what we accept we contribute in a great way to the growing acceptance of nudity being in practice with it seen publicly or socially among others.

Speaking for the benefits there are with acceptance of ourselves and others with nudity included should happen much more, and that reaching many more others. That is the outreach with which more practice of being nude where seen or likely enough being seen will happen, while that is needed too.
